Refunds, cancellation and subscriptions

This page explains Rebooko SaaS subscription cancellation, refunds and that Polar Checkout is used only for the subscription between a business and Gridlim s. r. o., not for customer payments for business services.

Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel a Rebooko subscription at any time in your account, through Polar Customer Portal, through the payment provider billing portal or through support.
- Cancellation stops future billing. Access to paid features usually remains available until the end of the already paid period.
- If an account violates the rules, creates a security risk or contains fraudulent payments, access may be restricted earlier.
Monthly and yearly billing
Monthly plans renew every month until cancelled. Yearly plans renew once per year and include a discount: 12 months for the price of 10 months.
Rebooko subscription prices are Start at 8 € per month or 80 € per year, Plus at 15 € per month or 150 € per year, and Pro at 25 € per month or 250 € per year. Public pricing excludes VAT and local taxes; checkout shows the final payable amount based on country and billing details before payment.
Refunds
- If you paid by mistake, there was a duplicate charge or the service does not work as expected and we cannot reasonably fix it, contact us as soon as possible.
- Refunds are reviewed under applicable law, customer type, service usage, payment provider rules and any signed agreement.
- If payment for the Rebooko SaaS subscription is processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, refund requests may be made through the receipt link, Polar Customer Portal, billing portal or Rebooko support.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method according to bank and payment provider timelines.
Receipts and customer portal
When payment is made through Polar, the customer receives an electronic receipt or invoice from Polar. Polar Customer Portal lets customers manage payment methods, subscriptions and receipts. Rebooko may link to this portal from the admin app once technically connected.
No booking commission
Rebooko does not charge a transaction commission on the value of business services. Rebooko subscription billing is separate from the business revenue and customer payments, and those payments are not processed through Polar Checkout.
Customer payments for business services
If an end customer books a service with a specific business and pays a service fee outside the Rebooko subscription, refund or cancellation terms are governed by that business and its payment provider. Rebooko provides software, not the local service itself, and Polar Checkout is not used for those customer payments.
