No. You pay a simple monthly flat fee by plan — no percentage of every booking. What you earn stays yours.
Yearly billing is a 12-month subscription for the price of 10 months. Start is 80 € per year, Plus is 150 € per year and Pro is 250 € per year.
Website prices are shown excluding VAT and local taxes. Checkout calculates tax from the customer country, billing details and customer type, then shows the final payable amount before payment.
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing and your account stays available until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our refund policy, applicable law and the payment provider rules.
Payments for the Rebooko SaaS subscription paid by a business to Gridlim s. r. o. may be processed through Polar Checkout. Polar acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller only for this Rebooko subscription. We do not use Polar for end-customer payments for business services.
Yes. Import clients and booking history from Google Calendar, Reservio, Booksy or CSV. For larger businesses we handle the migration for you, free.
No. Polar Checkout is used only for the Rebooko SaaS subscription between a business and Gridlim s. r. o. End-customer payments for business services are a separate domain outside the Polar Merchant of Record flow and are enabled only after a separate provider, rules and business settings are reviewed.
Rebooko works for beauty and barber, fitness and group classes, language schools and courses, courts and venue rental, and on-demand services like cleaning. The setup adapts to your industry.
The Pro plan adds a multilingual booking page, API and webhooks, a booking widget for your site and priority support. Your booking page can be in Slovak, Czech, English and German.
